As we expand our team, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.

Job Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads.
Meet customers at their home and provide estimates.
Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Collaborate with our project team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and industry trends is an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
